Ginika's bridesmaids: Ozioma- Adesuwa O'man Nwokedi

Hey Guys!!!

I'm back, and I'm super excited! While reading this book, I was on my bed, gripping the edge out of excitement – the suspense was killing me! 😁

Okay, so this is Book Four of Ginika's Bridesmaids, the story of Ozioma. Originally, I wanted to write about the series together, but I changed my mind and decided to write about each book separately but accordingly. But after reading Ozioma's story, I knew I had to write about her first – the excitement was too much to contain! πŸ˜‰

*Summary*

So, in Books 1-3, we saw Ozioma as a strong woman who doesn't take nonsense. But in her own story, we see a different side – a desperate woman who just wants to get married, feeling the pressure of being the only one left among her friends. She finally finds a man, Onochie, who ticks all her boxes: handsome, rich, and Igbo. However, their relationship is put to the test when family opposition arises, with his family claiming she's too fat for their brother, an ex-athlete. During this crisis, Ozioma finds herself drawn to her longtime best friend, Banji, who is the exact opposite of what she thinks she wants in a husband.

Honestly, I finished reading this book at 3:04 AM! I kept telling myself, "After one more chapter, I'll go to bed," but I couldn't drop the book until I finished it. The suspense was so intense that I was afraid I'd die from hypertension! πŸ˜‚ There were parts where I wanted to strangle the main character, and others where I wondered what the author was thinking. πŸ˜‚

If you love suspense, this book is for you! But be warned: the suspense is killing! πŸ˜‰ and if you don't like suspense...this book is still for you! I'm pretty sure my family will be on my neck for staying up till this time, but they'll be fine. 😊

This time around, my rating for this book is 4.85 out of 5. It's that good! Actually, all Adesuwa's books are that good. Whether you're a fan of suspense or not, this book is still for you. So, I hope you find the time to read it and other books that will feature on my page.

Feel free to comment and follow! Till we meet again, stay blessed πŸ™.

Just the beginning..

Hi lovely Readers, My name is Paula and I'm thrilled to finally do this!!! When I'm not watching Kdramas , I'm either reading a Romance novel or listening to music or most of the time doing bothπŸ˜‰. Actually I'm very glad that I can finally share my thoughts about the books I read or the series I watch.  I didn't open this blog to criticize any novel or Kdramas I opened because of my love for them so I'll only be sharing with you the novels or Kdramas I enjoyed. My only hope is that we all share similar taste in both novels and Kdramas.  I opened this blog partially because I always wanted to and also because I needed somethings to do so I'm hoping with your help our time together would be worthwhile. This blog was born out of my passion for romance in general how the books and drama transports us to a different world entirely, taking us away from reality to such realistic make-believe. A love of convenience by Adesuwa O'man Nwokedi

Hello everyone, This will be my first official post in which I'll be doing a review on a book by Adesuwa O'man Nwokedi called A love of convenience A love of convenience by Adesuwa O'man Nwokedi : A thought-provoking romance. In a love of convenience Adesuwa weaves a tale of love, sacrifice and self discovery. The story is about Ezioma , a Nigerian born living in the US who married Dili a childhood friend in other to help him get a green card . But as their arrangement unfolds, Ezioma finds herself entangled in a web of complicated relationships and unrequited love . That was just a summary of alot that happened in the book even though the summary isn't doing justice to the book. I just loved the way Adesuwa explored the themes of love , sacrifice and personal growth. Ezioma's journey was both heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time and I found myself rooting for her throughout the entire story especially when she was in the wrong. She was simply the best ...
